A survey of 3.8 million employees

Atomy has finished first in the Small & Medium category of the Best Workplaces in Asia 2026 ranking published by Great Place to Work (GPW).

The ranking was based on a survey of more than 3.8 million employees across Asia. Respondents were asked to assess trust in leadership, fairness in the workplace, pride in their work and team spirit.

First company to lead in all five regions

According to GPW, this is the first time a South Korean company has placed first in all five regions covered by the assessment, among them Cambodia and Indonesia.

Earlier evaluations covered only Atomy's South Korean headquarters along with its operations in China and the Philippines. This year, the company's Cambodian and Indonesian businesses were included in the scope of the review as well.

Recent recognitions

The result follows Atomy's appearance on the Best Workplaces in Korea list for the sixth consecutive year.

The company has also received Global ESG Human Rights Management certification and was recognized as a Best Workplace for Parents.

In its statement on the ranking, Atomy said the first-place finish confirms its people-centered, cross-border corporate culture and its commitment to an inclusive working environment.
