LR Health & Beauty Names Nenad Kolar Managing Director for Austria and Switzerland
LR Health & Beauty has appointed a long-serving internal candidate to lead its Austrian and Swiss markets from September 2026. The move hands Nenad Kolar cross-border responsibility for two markets after more than three years at the helm of German sales management.

A cross-border mandate from September 2026
Nenad Kolart was appointed on 7 September 2026 as the new Managing Director for LR Health & Beauty's Austrian and Swiss markets. The appointment gives him, for the first time, cross-border responsibility for two of the company's markets.
The Swiss subsidiary, LR Health & Beauty Systems AG, is headquartered in the "4 Towers" building at 6312 Steinhausen in the canton of Zug.
With the change, Kolar hands over the leadership of German sales, the role he had held until the September 2026 appointment.
Thirteen years across operations and sales
Kolar has worked at the company for more than 13 years and has passed through several operational and sales functions during that time.
He began his career at LR in August 2013 as an After Sales Service Agent. Between February 2014 and March 2017 he worked in Sales Compliance, before moving into the company's fleet management as International Fleet Administrator from April 2017 to June 2019.
In July 2019 he transferred to the German sales division, the step that set the direction for the rest of his career at the group.
From Germany's sales leadership to two new markets
In April 2023 Kolar was appointed Head of Sales Management Germany, taking over the leadership of LR's largest single market. In that role he led the management team and focused on expanding vertical structures, partner development and improving internal processes.
In March 2025 he was promoted to Director Sales Germany, a position he held until his appointment as Managing Director for Austria and Switzerland in September 2026.
