1. Purpose of the programme
10x Akadémia Kft. (the "Publisher") operates an affiliate programme in which the Partner recommends the Publisher's services to new subscribers using a unique code or link, and is entitled to commission on the terms below.
The programme is not employment, an agency mandate, or a sales-representative appointment. The Partner acts independently and may not make statements or undertake obligations on behalf of the Publisher.
2. Who can be a Partner
You may participate if you hold your own live, paid subscription with the Publisher and have accepted these terms. Eligibility is checked on an ongoing basis.
3. Referral and attribution
The Partner receives a unique code and links. When a customer follows a link, a marker valid for 90 days is stored in their browser; a purchase within that window is attributed to the Partner. A code typed manually at checkout overrides the marker.
Important
Commission is payable only on a customer's first completed purchase with the Publisher. No commission arises for someone who has already been a paying customer, even if they followed the Partner's link.
Conflicts
Where several referrals compete, the LAST CLICK WINS: if a customer follows the links of several partners in turn, the purchase is attributed to the one whose link was followed last.
No commission is payable:
- on the Partner's own purchases;
- where a valid coupon was redeemed — a coupon and a commission are mutually exclusive;
- where the customer is already attributed to another Partner in the same area;
- on a plan change of an existing subscription.
4. Commission rate and basis
The commission is 10% of the net amount actually received from the purchase. VAT is not part of the basis. The commission arises when payment is completed, not when the order is placed.
Commission applies to services purchased in the AI Mentor and Networker Business Cards areas. With the Partner's code the customer receives a 5% discount for two months.
For recurring payments, commission continues while both the customer's subscription and the Partner's own subscription remain active. If either ends, no further commission arises.
5. Statements and payment
Balances are kept in an itemised ledger: no earlier entry is ever deleted or rewritten, and every change appears as a new line. Payment is made monthly, on the first day of the month, once the balance reaches £10.
Where a purchase is refunded or reversed, the commission is reversed as a negative entry.
The tax treatment of a payment depends on whether the Partner is a business or a private individual. The Partner is responsible for their own tax and contribution obligations; the Publisher discharges those that fall on it. The Publisher informs the Partner of the applicable treatment before the first payment.
6. The Partner's obligations
The Partner may not make income or results promises on the Publisher's behalf, nor create the impression of being an employee or official representative. The code may not be distributed:
- in unsolicited messages;
- in paid advertising bidding on the Publisher's brand name;
- alongside deceptive, misleading or unlawful content;
- on coupon or discount aggregator sites.
7. Consequence of lapsing your own subscription
Note
If the Partner's own subscription lapses and is not restored within 30 days, any unpaid commission balance is forfeited. The forfeiture appears as a separate negative entry in the ledger — earlier entries remain, so the Partner can always reconstruct what the balance was and when it was lost.
8. Termination and amendment
- The Partner may leave the programme at any time without giving reasons; this does not affect commission already validly earned.
- The Publisher may discontinue or suspend the programme; commission already validly earned is paid in any event.
- The Publisher may amend these terms. An amendment takes effect 15 days after notice and applies only prospectively.
- In the event of a serious breach of section 6, the Publisher may exclude the Partner with immediate effect.
9. Data protection
The Publisher processes the Partner's identification and billing data, together with referral and commission records, in order to account for commission and to meet statutory retention obligations. See the Privacy Notice for details. Contact: info@webinar4me.com.
